Setup Driver on Win 95
You must always remove any previously installed version of the IR communication driver every time you install an IR driver. Do not mix Win 95 with Win 98 drivers or vice versa.
Ir-Data driver has to be installed on your PC to enable it to communicate using its infrared port in compliance to IRDA standards. One driver is provided.
Follow the instructions in the following sections for installing and setting up the software for Windows 95 on your PC.
 | Click Folder labeled Win95; select the setup Icon and double click. |

| When selecting hardware device, make sure you choose
Centrad. |
| Select the port where the device is physically connected. |
| During installation, you will be prompted to select virtual ports for the infrared communication. You can accept the default selection or enter your own selection or enter your own selection. Remember the virtual ports you have
selected during setup, as you will use them when using infrared communication. |
| When you are asked to select the port, click on the Infrared Communication port, the virtual port that you have chosen, then click Next. The program is now ready for
used. |
| The above will install an Infrared Monitor icon in the Control Panel. |
| The Infrared Monitor controls and keeps track of infrared activity on your PC. This can be displayed on the Taskbar.
